First day of Class

It seemed it was going to be a long class because it’s almost like 7 hours long. Time passed by quickly because we had some funny people in the class. The first thing we did was go over the syllubus. It answered a lot of my questions like if we needed a uniform and we did. Its consists of a white long sleeve shirt and black pants, along with black shoes. Thats if ur going to be a waiter. If your going to be a cook u need black pants, a white undershirt, and your chef coat and hat. You will also need a pair of none slip shoes. We took a tour of the kitchen and it was awsome. We have alot of equipment. The Walkin is bigger than i remember.( I took a tour a year before) We talked about how we must know the measurements because its a must or why else would u cook.
